When you request a quote we collect the details you enter: your name, business name, email address, phone number, property or premises address, and information about the cleaning you need.

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, prepare and send a quote, and, if you go ahead, to arrange and carry out the cleaning. We rely on your consent, and on taking steps you have asked for before entering a contract. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who receives it
Enquiries submitted through the form are processed by Formspree, our form provider, and delivered to our email. Your information is only shared with others where needed to provide the service or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to deal with your request and for our business and legal records, then delete them.
